THE SCHOOL ACADEMY EXPERIENCE
A strong hour of soccer that fits the school day
Your child gets a full hour to move, learn, and play with classmates without adding another drive across town.
Sessions use age-appropriate activities, small-sided games, and plenty of time with the ball. Coaches help every child grow at an appropriate pace. Most programs serve kindergarten through sixth grade, and select partner schools provide programs for younger children.
- Skill development: Dribbling, passing, receiving, movement, and game awareness.
- Active learning: Short activities and games keep players involved.
- Positive coaching: Coaches meet players at their current level.
- Easy for families: Programs take place on the participating school’s campus.

FOR PARENTS
What families need to know
Each school handles a few details differently. Here is what most families can expect.
Schedule and location
Programs usually meet once each week for about one hour. Most are held after school, with select before-school or school-day options. Sessions take place on the school field, in the gym, or in another approved campus space.
Arrival and pickup
Coaches or school staff guide students to the session location. Afterward, children follow the school’s approved process for carpool, after-school care, or parent pickup.
What to wear and bring
Players should wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes. Cleats may be worn outdoors but are not required. Bring a labeled water bottle.
Joining the program
Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Families can often register after a program begins when space remains. Some schools have additional registration requirements.
